Ugandan Anthology 2026: Call for Submissions
We are looking for unforgettable stories that reshape the narrative of Africa. Stories that will keep readers awake at 2 a.m., make someone laugh out loud in a taxi, cry, panic, stare at the ceiling for hours, question humanity, or sit silently whispering "wow."
Submission Guidelines
- All genres are welcome
- Short stories and poems accepted
- Poems must not exceed 40 lines
- Stories must not exceed 3,000 words
Compensation
- UGX 50,000 for each accepted poem
- UGX 50 per word for each accepted story
